Ho, Ho, Holy Moly only 3 sleeps to go until its Christmas day!! We are so excited for Santa coming and more importantly the best part of the day... Christmas Dinner!

🎄🎶Driving Home for Christmas🎶🎄

Today is the last day for us all in the main reception. The office will close at 3pm today and then we will be heading home to our friend's and family for the festive season.

We would like to take this opportunity to wish you all very Merry Christmas and a Happy new year! We hope you have all enjoyed your 2024 ownership and looking forward to 2025! Have the best festive time with your friends and family eat, drink and be merry.

It's throwback Thursday. Today we are throwing back to July when we enjoyed one of the best events of the year our Annual music festival HAVENFEST!

We enjoyed 2 days of live music, food and drinks with all of our Haggerston family.

❄️Reception Opening times❄️

Just a reminder that the main reception office will be closed from the 21 of December.
If you have any issues with your holiday home in that time please make sure you contact the security team who will be on park over the festive period and contactable 24 hours a day.
Security Out of Hours contact number - 07850381614

All calls to the main reception will be diverted to this number during this time.
The reception will then reopen on Friday 3 January 2025 at 9am.

We are aware of photos circulating some of your pages about a tree having fallen in West Lawn.

We are contacting the owners situated around the affected area. At this time, no owners holiday homes have suffered any damage on the park.

The weather is still incredibly poor so we cannot guarantee this to remain the case but if you could all keep your fingers crossed, we can hope for the best.

Experience & Security have patrolled the park today and we will do another sweep whilst we still have light.

Please do continue to keep yourselves safe if you are currently on park

❄Winterisation ❄️

The forecast is set for it to be a chilly cold winter. We really encourage you to book your drain down with us and get your holiday home winterised ready for the cold.
All you need to do is contact the experience team by emailing [email protected]
or by calling 01289 381333 and the team will book you in.

Even if you are planning on doing it yourself, please can you contact the team and let them know so they can cross you off the list and update your account
and remember to turn off your stopcock! If you have left for the year and have forgotten to turn it off please contact us and we will do for you free of charge as to reduce any risk or damage to your holiday home.

🔐Keeping you safe and secure 🔐

This time of year, we know many of you do not visit the park or your holiday homes as often.
We know it is important to you that your holiday home is being well looked after and regularly checked.
To put your mind at ease our fantastic security team are constantly patrolling the park and doing checks on your holiday homes.
We have our 24hours security team who are always patrolling the park keeping an eye out for any light's that may have been left on, stop c***s that haven’t been turned off, door’s that are unlocked and much more. The arrival hut at the main entrance is also always manned 24hours a day so we know exactly who is on site and when.
If you have any concerned about your holiday home, If you think you may have left the fridge/slow cooker on, or just want us to do a standard check, please get in touch and let us know and the team will happily pay a visit to your holiday home and make sure all is okay, with No call out charge added to your account.

The security team and on park team are doing a wonderful job of keeping our park safe and secure even through the dark, cold night’s when most of us are nice and warm asleep in our bed’s. Hats off to you guys, keep up the good work!

🎤Last Night in Badgers🎤

Tonight Saturday 30 November is the last night we will be open in Badgers Lodge for the 2024 season. Today is the last day of trading for Badgers Lodge until the 2025 season.
