👋Meet the Team 👋

Hi everyone I’m kayla and I am your new Head of Experience here at Haggerston Castle.

I have had the pleasure of meeting some of you already and can’t wait to meet the rest of you at the welcome back owner events very soon.

While on park you’ll see me out an about here, there and everywhere with my dog Beau, he’s super friendly and loves kids and will go in a huff is they don’t stroke him. Both of us have loved being on park and can’t wait to get stuck in this year and help to enhance your experience.

Fun fact! I’m very accident prone so you may see me in a cast, bandage or sling from time to time but that won’t stop me from getting stuff done.

I will be working closely with the owners team to bring you lots of events, open forums and feedback sessions.

We would like to introduce you to our newly appointed Lettings Administrator...

Hey! I’m Jasmine, and I am your new Lettings administrator here at Haggerston Castle.

Some of you may already know me as I was previously a part of the Experience Team.

A fun fact about me is that in my spare time I love spending time on the farm especially during lambing season.

I am really excited to be looking after yourself and your holiday homes this season and look forward to seeing you all when you arrive back on park.

I will be working closely with Leigh over the next few weeks to make sure we plan the very best letting season for you all.

💙The Sir Thomas Haggerston💙

This is the new name of the brand new JD Wetherspoon which is Opening March 2025 here at Haggerston Castle.
Following on from the hugely successful launch of Haven's first on-park J D Wetherspoon pub at Yorkshire's Primrose Valley last year, we're incredibly excited to announce we'll be extending our partnership with the opening of The Sir Thomas Haggerston.
Why Sir Thomas?
Col Sir Thomas "1st Baronet Haggerston of Haggerston" Born in 1594, son and heir of William Haggerston of Haggerston Castle, Northumberland. He was a member of the aristocracy in British Isles.

Owners at Haven Haggerston Castle

Happy New Year to you all, we cannot wait to reset the park and be ready to provide you with an exemplary ownership experience in 2025.

Today is the beginning of the period we cannot allow owners to stay overnight. Please make sure you have switched off your stopcock and have vacated the park by 4pm at the latest.

During this closure period you are welcome to visit the park 7 days a week between 9am and 4pm.

Reception will be open daily 9am to 4pm and will extend to 9am to 5pm minimum in February.

You may return to park to stay over on Saturday 1st March as previously communicated.

Ho, Ho, Holy Moly only 3 sleeps to go until its Christmas day!! We are so excited for Santa coming and more importantly the best part of the day... Christmas Dinner!

❄️Reception Opening times❄️

Just a reminder that the main reception office will be closed from the 21 of December.
If you have any issues with your holiday home in that time please make sure you contact the security team who will be on park over the festive period and contactable 24 hours a day.
Security Out of Hours contact number - 07850381614

All calls to the main reception will be diverted to this number during this time.
The reception will then reopen on Friday 3 January 2025 at 9am.

We are aware of photos circulating some of your pages about a tree having fallen in West Lawn.

We are contacting the owners situated around the affected area. At this time, no owners holiday homes have suffered any damage on the park.

The weather is still incredibly poor so we cannot guarantee this to remain the case but if you could all keep your fingers crossed, we can hope for the best.

Experience & Security have patrolled the park today and we will do another sweep whilst we still have light.

Please do continue to keep yourselves safe if you are currently on park
