We are seeking a reliable, highly motivated and committed individual with a cheerful, positive mental attitude to join our team at DJ Doors.

This is a full time, temporary position that will run for the duration of approximately 12 weeks.

Hours of work are 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.

Pay is negotiable depending on experience.

This position will suit an experienced administrator with the ability to follow processes and time targets.

Requirements:
* Solid previous administrative experience required
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Demonstrate a good working knowledge of Sage and MS Office
* Highly organised and able to stay calm under pressure
* Able to work in a fast paced environment
* Have own transport, and live within commutable distance from Bicester, Oxfordshire
* A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Time management and problem solving skills
* Flexible and willing to assist with ad hoc duties as required
* Happy to work alone


General duties will include:
* Supporting other members of staff and the Director, and serving as the first point of contact between the company and its customers, suppliers and visitors.

* Answering email enquiries and phone calls promptly and professionally.

* Arranging and scheduling of works.

* Day to day office administration to include raising purchase orders, receiving deliveries, raising quotations, scanning, archiving and filing.

We removed some old low energy auto swing doors and replaced them with a new bi parting automatic sliding door system for one of our very good customers. These included full height pocket screens for maximum safety.

We fitted door automation and electric locking to help a tenant access their flat easily. With hand held activation and monitored safety sensors the door became easy to use, safer and more practical. The door is still useable manually too.
