The cottages are based in the beautiful Hartland Peninsula, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in North Devon with dramatic coastline and scenery, walks along the South West Coast Path, beautiful secluded beaches and stunning dark starlit skies. Not far from the towns of Bideford and Bude and just 5 miles by car from the quai

nt village of Clovelly or a more energetic walk along the South West Coast Path. In an idyllic rural position with expansive countryside views to the sea beyond, the cottages have been stylishly converted from period stone barns dating back to Medieval times. The local area has been popular with filmmakers due to its timeless nature and fantastic scenery, recently King Arthur, Sense & Sensibility to name but two.

So on the 30th June we posted a photo of our two new Cherry Valley duckings all fluffy and yellow...now here we are 6 weeks later they're all feathered and white looking very at home on the bank of the pond with their new family. Early morning feeders welcome! 😊
