EXCITING NEWS
Didn’t she do well!! Camille is now bronze medalist in the World Mountain Bike Championships, she was staying with us in Tinto Retreat’s Granary cottage with her mum and uncle who were cheering her on from the sidelines all the way from France. It worked! Mega congratulations from all of us.

We thought we would share some of our recent reviews, these kind words makes it all worthwhile.

Parlour Cottage just opened after renovation

Elaine was really helpful and showed me round and how to adjust the heating etc. The cottage is very comfortable and the views from the sitting room are stunning. The kitchen looks out over a courtyard which is also really beautiful. Plenty of space to park outside and Elaine showed us where the girls could play outside in the orchard. We had a lovely time, thank you.

Lovely spot for enjoying the countryside or visiting the city from.
Lovely location, friendly owner, clean and comfortable. Great place to walk the dog and enjoy the countryside. Within a reasonable distance of Edinburgh and Glasgow too.

Exceptional host and we were made to feel extremely welcome. The dogs were made very welcome with water and beds set up
Felt like home from home with everything we needed. Lovely enclosed orchard for the dogs to play in. nothing too much trouble. Elaine was lovely and extremely flexible. would definitely stay again.

Wont look any further once you get to this property. I would stay here every time. It is well worth the price and more. Easy links to cities while in a peaceful and quiet little village. Family friendly and plenty of space to walk the dog. The owners was very friendly, kind and helpful. Cant fault anything.
