We're thrilled to have quite a few new followers lately, so we'd love to take this opportunity to re-introduce ourselves - welcome everybody!

We're Lou and Rich - a married couple living in Kings Heath, Birmingham with two lovely children and a cat called Zoe who thinks she rules the house. We've run our business with Travel Counsellors for 9 years now and absolutely love what we do with a passion.

The four most common questions we are always asked are:

1. Will my holiday be ATOL protected?
YES! Travel Counsellors have their own ATOL license and all itineraries we arrange are fully ATOL and package protected for your total peace of mind

2. Do you charge a fee?
NO! No fee - no catch.

3. I know the kind of trip I'm looking for, but not entirely sure where I want to go - can you help?
YES! We will chat through all the details with you so we can fully understand exactly what you have in mind, then we can suggest destinations and itineraries to suit

4. I expect you only arrange very high end expensive holidays?
NO! We arrange a huge variety of trips to suit all budgets including city breaks, all inclusive family holidays, cruise, ski, corporate travel, multi stop itineraries worldwide and everything in between!

We booked a lovely group of three families to this gorgeous Crete retreat last year and they loved it so much they have just re-booked for this summer!

Located a short stroll from the fishing village of Mochlos in Eastern Crete, Villa Chameleon sleeps up to 12 guests with six en suite bedrooms, spacious outdoor entertaining area and large pool with a view. The big bonus here is that daily breakfast is INCLUDED - so you have exclusive use of the villa but with the added touch of a delicious hotel breakfast to start your day. HeathrowAirport Closed! ✈️Due to a fire at a nearby electrical substation Heathrow Airport will be closed until at least midnight tonight.Thankfully we don't have any clients due to fly today, and we are liaising closely with clients due to fly to Antigua tomorrow to monitor their flight and take action if and when required. Many of our fellow Travel Counsellors have affected clients and everyone is pulling together to support each other - our amazing 24/7 Duty Office are providing an outstanding service as always in ensuring everyone is looked after.Days like this highlight the value of booking with us - quite simply, when the worst happens you are not alone and we will look after you from start to finish. Peace of mind!
