A Bishop's Stortford leisure company is seeking an Activity Center Assistant Manager to run innovative and exciting virtual reality and escape room activities for children, adults and corporate visitors.

The successful candidate will help manage a team of Activity Coordinators to deliver excellent experiences for customers who attend for escape rooms and virtual reality games. This is a hands-on role that will also include managing a café, delivering party food and dealing with all other aspects of a successful leisure facility.

You will have some experience of managing others and ideally have leisure work experience. But most importantly you will be a calm, good natured person who is able to smile even when the pressure is on.

This is a fun, interesting and exciting opportunity for the right candidate. The role will require weekend and evening work and flexibility on hours is a must.

To be considered for this role, you need to have a valid driver's license and a car.

Full training and support will be given.
