We had some very sad news this week, which was the passing of Andy Smart, who passed away aged 58 to cancer. Andy was a member of the British Stunt Register for over 30 years. He was a talented performer, and a lovely man, who was respected and loved by many. Here is a featurette of a show called The Interceptor, where you can see Andy driving the Pod car for the opening sequence car chase. We will miss you Andy. Respect and Rest In Peace.
Throwback Thursday! Some of you have asked about Andreas's breakdancing days, here is a classic Carling advert some of you may remember from many moons ago, where a very young 16 year old Andreas doubled as the Breakdancing Pensioner. The commercial was filmed at Shepperton Studios and if you notice the pavement is wider than normal, this is because it had to be extended as Andreas kept kicking the wall when performing the Windmill move. We have a challenge to any Breakers out there to perform Andreas’s moves shown in the advert and put them together into one routine?! Do any of you have what it takes?
