As Summer passes, and it seems it’s straight into Winter climates - here’s a little something to put a smile on your face!!
Say cheese! These quokka’s nail the pose on Rottnest Island.
Rottnest Island, Western Australia’s magical island must be the secret to why quokkas are the happiest animals on Earth.
Fun fact: These photogenic marsupials, once mistaken for rats by Dutch explorer Willem De Vlamingh, gave the island its ‘rat’s nest’ name.
Rottnest Island (Wadjemup), is 19 kilometres from mainland Perth (Boorloo).
You should add this to your WA holiday.
