An Lochan Uaine, aka The Green Loch, aka The Fairy Loch.

The small loch sits in the Cairngorm National Park a short distance from the much larger Loch Morlich.

Locally know as the Green or Fairy Loch, it's said to get its colour from the fairies washing their clothes ๐Ÿงš ๐Ÿงšโ€โ™€๏ธ

It's a gentle walk through the Caledonian Forest although you can go alot further up into the hill with Bynack Mor a few miles further on.
