Lovely job at my old school ( Lanivet ), replace the old oil line with a new one, all sanded and backfilled, compacted ready for tarmac, many thanks to DA Thomas and Son for doing the Tarmac.

Removed the old Pitch Fibre sewer pipe due to constantly getting blocked, was very squat in a lot of places, replaced with new pipe, p*e gravelled then reinstated, drive to be re tarmaced once all works are finished out the back. Nightmare following the old pipe going off in all directions 🙈

Been a busy 5 weeks all new drainage pipes for rain water installed and backfilled, footings dug for wall then compacted and laser levelled in ready for slabs, same in the front, top soil laid and Aco's installed ready for Tarmac, also French drain installed all around the building.

Making more car space for the customer, removed all grass and top spoil, then put a border up either side, tarramed then hard-cored area, compacted then finished off with clean stone.

Lovely little job at Lundy Bay for MJB Building LTD, Removed old steps which were put in well, solid concrete below, reduce ground level and then remove existing path ready for the next phase, all spoil removed from site 49 tonne in total 🙈.

All Bamboo dug up and removed and cleaned the area up, also asked to put all the big stones around there fire pit in there Orchard and asked to tidy up next to the hedge, also installed a duct for the new electric point for there electric car, looks 100 times better with all removed.

Lovely little job in Bodmin, cleared the massive hedge all around the garden, thanks to D P Garden services for taking down the hedge, roots all dug out and removed and then levelled of into two tiers for the customers next stage.
