Reluctantly, we have had to put up our prices again. This is due to increases in costs and overheads. This does not apply to any existing bookings.

But we are still one of the best value holiday properties in the area!

After Arun DCs decision to no longer collect rubbish and recycling from self catering properties / holiday rentals, by deciding they fall into the commercial waste category.

We are now using Chichester District Council to collect our recycling and rubbish. The Chichester DC commercial waste group are really helpful and competitively priced. They collect within the Arun area on a weekly basis, and supply their own bins free of charge!

But the real selling point for me was they just collect the rubbish and recycling like the normal domestic collection and recycle all the same waste exactly the same as usual, unlike other commercial waste carriers who won't recycle glass unless you pay extra or just tell you to put everything in the general rubbish.

So I apologise in advance if my different bins, and collection days cause confusion amongst the neighbours from next week!

We have now upgraded both the TVs to be smart TV via Roku streaming players.
You can watch all the usual Freeview catch up channels, however if you want to watch Netflix, Amazon and the other subscription channels you'll have to use your own account.

We are not looking for someone who wants to -

Switch the website to another hosting platform.
Completely redesign the web site.
Improve social media, or do SEO.

Any replies referencing these will be ignored.

Please be aware that I have considerable knowledge of ICT and our current website was built, maintained and developed for many years by me. That isn't something I want to change.

I'm currently having a few difficulties with gtags, Google analytics, and cookie compliance with cookies for companies based in USA.

What I'm looking for is someone who can help with these areas.

We are now fully open for bookings, automatic booking is now back from our website and also AirBnB. Guest are welcome to make bookings automatically or by email or phone.

The hall has now finally been redecorated after the leak back in November.
The outside should be being started soon weather permitting and then in June if all goes to plan the lounge update should be going ahead. All courtesy of R L Decorating services.
