What a night for

& were invited to Manchester Area Cross Country League to do a 30 min talk.

We chatted MACCL Men’s Overall Winner and what a chat it was! Might even invite him on for a proper episode! We even had Aaron and Dave try and convince Callum and Mark to do MACCL next season... will they do it?

Lots of great feedback and lovely comments but one thing we have learned is that there are still loads of runners (and clubs) who haven’t heard of us. So give this a little share, easy to do and costs nothing!

Next Sunday, some of Market Drayton’s roads will be closed to allow 2,000 runners to take part in the annual 10k.

The rules for spectators….

1. If you moan about the road closures, you either have to
A. Book onto Market Drayton 10K 2025
or
B. Donate £20 to a charity a runner is supporting.

2. Cheering on runners is mandatory.

3. Respect our marshals, they’re volunteering their time.

If you need to get around town during the morning of Sunday 12 May, please plan ahead. There are signs already up on all closed roads and you can check road closures on our website (emergency vehicles will be able to get through only 🚔🚑🚒).
