Walking the other way from Boscastle to Tintagel takes in some stunning scenery. The many waterfalls of rocky valley, massive cliffs, the beaches of Benoath and Bossiney and then the awesome new bridge.

The stunning walk from Boscastle Harbour east to Crackington Haven along the coastal path is hard but so worth it. It takes about 4 hours. If you can go, book lunch at to celebrate your achievement!

I’ve had to steal this picture from their Instagram because I’m always too blown away to take my own. If you’re visiting Boscastle, you MUST book yourselves a table at the Rocket Store. The food is mind blowing, the booze is delicious and the service is second to none. I can’t rave about it enough. My mouth is watering just thinking about it! Can’t wait till I’m back.

I went for a beautiful walk along the river above Rocky Valley yesterday. It was late in the afternoon so St Nectan’s Glen was closed but it was such a lovely cool break from the heat of the sun. The woods were steaming like a rainforest. Some magical things to see along the path too.

Walking the coastal path. From Boscastle to Tintagel for lunch (pasty obvs) then bus back. Such a stunning walk. Always stop at the best charity shop in the world!!

Birds singing, blue sky (no filter), lush green. The Valency Valley is an absolute treat at this time of year (and all year). The perfect picnic potter!
