Cragside Villa is brilliantly well-located and offers a spacious and private accommodation for big groups. Space has been maximised on the upper floors with the addition of bunkbeds so whilst it isn't the Ritz, it's absolutely spot on for a weekend away as a larger group, whilst the downstairs is really quite well-presented and the furnishings give it a homely feel. Kitchen is very well stocked and there are more than enough utensils and pots/pans etc to cater for big groups. We had a private chef come in to cook for us and he found no problems with the kitchen area. Hot Tub is a great addition. When we turned up the cleaners were already hard at it, and after letting them do their thing, the place was pretty much spotless. No complaints at all and would recommend without question.

The house was absolutely ideal for a large group - lots of space indoor and outdoor, excellent location with really helpful off-street parking. Bedrooms and bathrooms were fairly basic but clean and suitable. Kitchen and living spaces were smart, clean and well equipped. George was a super-responsive and helpful with any questions we had over the weekend. A great house for a large group having fun in Bournemouth for a few days.

Communication was excellent as George was very prompt with all the queries. Location and property was excellent, just few fixtures then would be 5*. Hot tub is the highlight and BBQ also great. Would recommend

Great base to explore Bournemouth. Pretty basic rooms but all clean and everything seemed new. The hot tub and pizza oven were out of this world and great fun! Perfect for a group, host was quick to respond to a couple of issues we had. Would recommend!

Had a really lovely time here with a group of friends for my 30th birthday! An easy walk into town and the beach, so location was perfect for us. Beds were all pretty comfy and house was immaculate when we arrived! Few minor touch ups probably needed with carpeting on the first floor, but didn’t affect our stay. Would defo stay here again and plenty of space for groups - would recommend! Hot tub was an amazing addition. Host always replied to my messages very quickly and made the booking process super easy (getting a group together is painful work!).
