**Great news**

The soundproofing will be completed by the end of the week. No more thuds and bumps in the middle of the night (or in the middle of the day. It’s taken 20 months to get it organised but it’s going to be worth the time and effort.

This gorgeous 2 bedroom ground floor apartment, which sleeps 6 comfortably, has a spacious private courtyard and is located central to everything. Perfect for family/friends gatherings, work trips and romantic breaks. The stylish accommodation has a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, two renovated shower rooms, high-speed internet, flat screen TV and everything else that will make your stay at the seaside perfect. The property boasts a summer house with gas BBQ and garden furniture.

Everything is on your doorstep! The beach is a few minutes walk away. If you feel lazy there is a lift that takes you down to the beach in high summer. Any type of cuisine you can think of is available in central Bournemouth which is less than a mile away. We have a very good English pub which serves typical pub grub across the road, a Thai restaurant next door and an Italian and an Indian restaurant round the corner. There are more and more being added. I can’t keep up! The small grocery store on the corner stocks some Co-op brands and Asda, Tesco, Sainsbury and Waitrose all deliver. If you would like your groceries to be delivered for your arrival contact me and I will send the complete postal address and delivery instructions to you. Please don’t worry that it sounds busy. We are situated at the back of the building and hear very little noise. There is so much to see and do! Park the car and enjoy a leisurely stay - beach, gardens, shops, restaurants, pubs, nightlife, takeaways, theatres, cinema - it’s all within walking distance.
