11/11/2023 and 12/11/2023. Our drivers will be observing a two minute silence on both of the above dates at 11:00. Drivers will be stopping prior to 11:00 to esnure that they are ready for the observation. Please note that services may be slightly delayed and drivers will pull into a safe place to observe the two minute silence. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. SDB

⚠️⚠️ ADVANCE TRAVEL DISRUPTION NOTICE ⚠️⚠️

On Monday 19th September 2022 we will be paying our respects to HM Queen Elizabeth II. During the period between 10:00 and 13:00 we will be suspending all services. Please be advised that any service due to depart between these times will not operate. Any service commencing prior to these times will operate with enough time for our staff to return to one of our depots. This may see some temporary timetable changes. After 13:00, we will be resuming all services. We apologise for any inconvenience caused during this difficult time for the country.

We are saddened to bring you news that Her Majesty The Queen - Queen Elizabeth II has passed away. This news has completely shook the country, we have decided that it would be appropriate for our staff to pay their respects and we welcome them to wear clothing that is respectful and smart. This may be for example a black tie, instead of their standard DLSS Buses issued uniform tie.

Due to the weather conditions, we have taken the difficult decision to partly suspend some routes or fully.

⚠️ Service 21/21n - Not operating.
Any service operating on countryside roads not operating.

Service 6/6n - Not operating in the area of Sandbanks, chain ferry also closed. Vehicles are rerouted direct to Swanage via Wareham. The route is as follows:

Canford Cliffs >> Penn Hill Avenue >> Osborne Road >> Station Road >> Commercial Road >> Parkstone Road >> Mount Pleasant Road >> Kingland Road >> Towngate Bridge >> Holes Bay Road >> A350 >> A35 >> Wareham Road >> Wareham Town Centre >> A351 >> Victoria Avenue >> Rempstone Road >> Swanage Bus Station.

⚠️ All services using any part of the A338 Wessex Way not operating.

⚠️ Southampton City Centre routes suspended.

Any other routes that are likely to become blocked due to fallen trees or debris are being reviewed at frequent intervals.

Customer Notice:
Please be aware that at 11:00 on 11th and 14th November we have requested that all drivers pull in to a safe location to observe a 2 minute silence. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

As of Thursday 11th November 2021, we will be allowing free travel for veterans and serving members of our armed forces. This is valid until Monday 31st January 2022.

This year we will be operating promotional fares. These will be posted shortly. We have also partnered with many retail establishments to offer discounts.

Bournemouth Air Festival 2021 - Thursday 2nd September 2021 to Sunday 5th September 2021.

Next week sees Bournemouth Air Festival return! We are providing Park & Ride and Shuttle Bus services to and from Bournemouth. We will also will have our team of Event Co-ordinators who will be there to assist customers with any query you may have.

Our Portable Ticketing Unit will be at Bournemouth Rail Station most of the day to speed boarding times, so that you can get to the air festival quicker!

Service Update:

Please be advised that after 19:00, all services that operate via Gervis Place will not be serving the area in both directions. Services will instead stop in Westover Road. This applies to all services away from Poole. Services towards Poole will be serving Bournemouth Pier. Resuming usual line of route on Monday 12th July 2021 at 06:00.

Bournemouth Triangle will also not be served after 19:00. Buses will instead serve Poole Hill and Terrace Road stops. Resuming usual line of route on Monday 12th July 2021 at 06:00.

**It should be noted that if any incident of vandalism or assault will not be tolerated. Buses will be suspended or diverted further if any acts of this nature occur. The safety of our staff and customers is our paramount concern at a times.**

Travel with confidence. Our services have been given 'We're Good to Go' accreditation. Our fleet are fully cleaned and sanitised using a fogging treatment process. This ensures that all surfaces are sanitised equally. We always look forward to seeing all of our fantastic customers, but ask that all journeys are taken in accordance with Coronavirus guidelines. Please remember your face covering. Our open top 6 and 12 services continue to operate throughout the summer alongside NF1, NF2, NF3 and NF4. Why not explore the beautiful New Forest National Park today? Routes NF1, NF2, NF3 and NF4 serve some fantastic areas of the New Forest. Again, please remember to remain at a 2 metre distance to comply with 'Social Distancing' regulations.
