Excel Surfacing Ltd. offers a macadam surfacing service to both commercial and domestic customers.

was formed in 2010 by Aiden McManus with the intention of becoming the best macadam surfacing company in the region. The day-to-day running of the company is carried out by Craig Tate (Commercial Manager) and Phil Whitfield (Contracts Manager). We have proven our commitment to the level of service we are still striving to achieve by gaining ISO 9001 quality assurance, CHAS accreditation and Achill

As part of our expansion plans we also welcome potential and existing customers to visit our offices and see the way we work and integrate our resources such as a full time Health and Safety consultant and on-site maintenance department. Excel Surfacing has a brand new fleet of Volvo 6870 paving machine, Ammann AFW 350 paving machine, bomag rollers and bobcat loading shovels and it is all maintained and regularly inspected by our on-site maintenance team. We also operate our own heavy haulage low loader to eliminate any delays with delivery of our plant as well as our own road sweeper, all guaranteeing we achieve our aim of an efficient, safe and professional service.
