Our local flower pot lady is hosting her annual plant sale for Macmillan Cancer Support. If anyone has anything garden related that you would like to donate it would be very much appreciated.
Judy has a lovely garden for people to look around for ideas & inspiration, plus there is a great tearoom in the village 🤪

We hoped it would be a case of taking the ceiling down, drying it out and replacing but we didn't realise how damp everywhere had gotten so, we have had to strip right back taking the plaster of the walls.

Unfortunately, we have had a burst pipe few weeks ago.
We are still currently in the first stage of drying out the cottage.

🦆 Talkin Tarn Country Park is a glacial lake and country park near Brampton, you only need to pay for parking to visit and it has a playpark and tearoom. Talkin Adventures is always on hand if you want to hire a boat or book an activity package. 🚣🏼‍♀️
🏞 Bitts park in Carlisle offering a large well equipped play area, skate park, splash park (between Easter - October, temperature dependant), running routes, and outdoor gym facilities - all for free!
