Last night we were treated to a delicious taster selection of food at The String of Horses Inn & Restaurant in Faugh.
Our evening was spent with other local accommodation providers so we could swap ideas and help to support each other.
The String of Horses is only 2 miles from Tottergill and they serve food in the evenings, Monday-Saturday.
They are also an excellent choice for breakfast (served 7.30-9.30am) 7-days a week.

Come and experience Carlisle Cathedral first ever Christmas Tree Festival, with 30 trees on display across the Cathedral and Undercroft from Saturday 30 November - Tuesday 31 December!

Take time out of the hustle and bustle of the season to explore the trees, which will be decorated to individual themes by local charities, schools and community groups, and add your own message to the festivalโ€™s community tree.
