"We treated Dolly to one of the pretty waterproof collars in your shop as it’s her 10th birthday soon, good job we did as she absolutely loved paddling in the sea with us!

We also got the brilliant paw balm (definitely helped with her dry paws) & some yummy treats 😊 I could have spent a fortune in the shop and love that you’ve built it up so well.

Dolly loved her treat box in the villa and I’ll be adding more pics of our holiday soon 😊

All the little extras really do make you the most dog friendly holiday we have had 😊🐾"

✨️ Braunton Accessible Bungalow Update ✨️

In response to guest feedback and numerous requests, we're thrilled to announce that from 18th October, our Accessible Bungalow will feature a low profiling bed in the master bedroom.

We owe a huge thank you to HWB Mobility for their exceptional advice, support, and flawless service. They supplied us with the Alerta Lomond low-profiling bed, complete with an Alerta Sensaflex 1000 Pressure Care Mattress and 2 Bar Mesh Rail Bumpers.

The bed was temporarily installed for a couple of bookings earlier this month and will be permanently available for all bookings starting October 18, 2024 (we're nearly fully booked until then!).

Additionally, we’ve added a fold-out single bed which can be used alongside the profiling bed.

The second bedroom remains unchanged with two single beds that can be configured as a double upon request. There is a sofa bed in the living room.

For those unfamiliar with the property, the Braunton Accessible Bungalow is located in Braunton, North Devon, just a 5-minute drive from Saunton Sands Beach. While we couldn't make our beach villas fully accessible due to location constraints, this inspired our directors to fully renovate a nearby bungalow into a fully accessible holiday let. Guests at the bungalow receive free beach parking and can request an all-terrain beach wheelchair at no extra cost (please add this when booking).

The bungalow features a master bedroom with an H track ceiling hoist that runs into the ensuite wetroom, complete with a shower and tilt-in-space chair. There's another bedroom with two adjustable single beds (non-profiling), and a sofa bed in the living room. Alongside the ensuite shower room, there is a bathroom with a walk-in bath. The kitchen is equipped with a ROPOX height-adjustable sink and hob, a remote control extractor fan, and an easy-pour kettle.

The living room includes a corner sofa (which doubles as a sofa bed), a smart TV, and an electric riser chair. Outside, you’ll find a spacious garden with decking and a wheelchair-accessible picnic bench.

We recently took delivery of a batch of this scrummy doggy ice cream and it sold out so fast that we've ordered three more batches!
These DIY Doggy Ice Cream kits are the ultimate summer holiday treat - simply add water, mix, and pop in the freezer 🍦...This also feels like an opportune moment to mention that all Villas have full size 50/50 fridge freezers ;)

"We have just spent another wonderful break in 3 The Dunes. It was so lovely entering our warm villa to see a Christmas tree lit up, some decorations and a little bowl of chocolates for us to tuck into. It was such a nice touch and very festive.
As always, the villa was lovely and clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our dog Mickey particularly enjoyed sampling the doggy donuts from their new shop, found in reception.
We all loved our walks on the sandy beach and the sunsets were amazing.
Thank you so much Saunton and we look forward to seeing you again in May."
