10 Hillview our very first rental. 2 bed apartment 1st floor (1 flight of stairs) max 4 guest. Roll out of bed and you have all you need at your feet. Direct access to beach and all eateries bars and entertainment. 1 free parking space.

Please don't ask for lists just your preferred dates. diaries have been open since 2023 and have taken bookings already.

We would like to wish all our guests a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you all. We look forward to welcoming you in 2024.

We are taking bookings for all our rentals and some dates have already been booked.

We have 6 rentals in total.

6 berth caravans with 3 bedrooms and decking, also enclosed gardens and parking facilities

6 berth with 2 bedroom large decking and a sofa settee in the lounge. This caravan is dog friendly 1 medium size dog or 2 small dogs

All these caravans are located on Holiday Resort Unity Passes are compulsory but no extra hidden costs as included in the price for each guest.

We have a 6 berth on Brightholme 2 bedrooms and sofa settee in lounge. Large decking balcony and enclosed garden. The site has its own Restaurant and bar and outside garden. Breakers do an amazing carvery on a Sunday. Eat in restaurant or even a takeaway.

Then last but not least we have our 4 berth apartment 1st floor 2 bedrooms with double bed in each at Hillview apartments behind the chip shop and opposite the Star Dust arcade. Direct access to the beach and parking for 1 car only.

All rentals have wifi.

£100.00 security bond returned within 24 hours of you leaving once rentals are checked.

We have had great reviews left on 5 of our rentals. As our 6th rental we have only just purchased so will be first season great locations so you wont be dissapointed.

Today we have closed our caravan rentals on Holiday Resort Unity and Brightholme. We would like to thank all our guests that have stayed with us through 2023. We look forward to welcoming you all back in 2024. Don’t forget to book direct for bigger discounts. We are also adding another rental on Holiday Resort Unity. We will post pictures once the caravan is sited on pitch middle of November 2023. We will have two caravans very close together for families that want to be close to one another.

We are keeping our holiday apartment at Hillview open throughout the winter months If anyone fancies a week/weekend away please contact us direct for availability.

95 Holiday Resort Unity 8 berth 3 bedrooms and bed settee in lounge sorry no pets. Enclosed garden and veranda all passes for entertainment and discounted swimming soft play golf gym etc. Caravan fully equipped and with duvet & pillows for each bed bring your own bedding or you can hire a bedding bundle. Free parking for two vehicles outside caravan

149 Holiday Resort Unity 3 bedrooms main bedroom has en-suite accommodates 6 people wrap around veranda caravan has patio doors leading to cube table and 4 chairs enclosed garden. Caravan fully equipped bring your own bedding or hire bedding bundle duvets and pillows supplied for each bed. Free entertainment passes and discounted swimming, soft play, golf,gym etc parking for two cars front of caravan.

205 Holiday Resort Unity Pet friendly two small dogs 1 mefium dog additional charge for dogs. 2 bedrooms main bedroom has en-suite 2nd bedroom two single beds and sofa settee in lounge max people 6. All caravans are very centrally located a stones throw to shop, rjs entertainment club venue, hire centre, Chinease and about 2/3 minutes walk to swimming pool, fair, markets more entertainment venues and the main strip in Brean which includes shops and various eating and drinking venues plus arcades and the Beach everything you need for a holiday.

We are introducing two more holiday rentals on Holiday Resort Unity Brean most dates available. 50.00 non refundable deposit secures booking and with final payment a security bond of 100.00 which will be returned within 3 days once caravan has been checked. For availability just message me

We have a 6 berth three bedroomed 6 people max caravan at 149 Unity enclosed garden wrap around decking with French doors opening on to decking. Unfortunately this is a non- pet friendly caravan. Car parking space for two cars. Entertainment passes and vehicle passes will be paid direct to unity for each guest collection on arrival from reception with keys.

Our third caravan is 205 Unity. Pet Friendly caravan The caravan is on the main drive way as you entre park on your left and very close to Rjs. Two bedrooms and bed settee in lounge accommodates 6 people enclosed garden. All dates are available 2 small dogs or 1 medium size dog additional charge per Holiday per dog. Message for further information
