Upon booking you agree to the following:
- Treating the caravan with respect, and how you would expect your property to be treated.
- No groups of under 21s will be allowed to hire the caravan (site rules)
- No smoking in the caravan.
- Arrival is 4pm and departure is 10am
- Final balance and security deposit due 6 weeks prior to arrival. If this is not paid by the agreed date, without prior contact then your holiday will be cancelled and the deposit will lost.
- Any damage to the caravan, theft of property, stains to carpets and furnishings etc that need to be cleaned with additional cleaning products that wouldn’t usually be used by our cleaner will be deducted from the security deposit, an invoice will be given, in an event it is over the security deposit we will ask that it is paid with in 28 days, if not the caravan site will seek legal action with our insurance company.
- Please make sure on departure that you empty all bins in the caravan when leaving, If bins are still empty a charge will be taken from your deposit.
