We are a family owned and run UK Company located in Brecon, Mid Wales. Established in 1993, we have gained an enviable reputation as arguably the most innovative and highest quality tactical equipment manufacturer in the U.K. We are manufacturers of military load bearing equipment and suppliers of affordable military clothing and equipment. We manufacture and supply specialist webbing e

quipment to the MOD, individual units, Police, Fire Service
and other Emergency services. We also offer an adaption and repair facility to individual customers who wish to customize their existing load bearing equipment. Some of our staff have served in numerous theaters around the world - Northern Ireland, Africa, Iraq and Afghanistan among others. With this in mind we have the experience to offer advice and help, but will never push you into buying something you not need or want (unlike others in the business).

VE Day is the day we celebrate formal acceptance by Britain and its Allies of World War II of Germany's unconditional surrender of its armed forces on Tuesday, 8 May 1945; it marked the official surrender of all German military operations.

At 3pm on the 8th May 1945, Prime Minister Winston Churchill announced the end of the war to the nation.

Each year we celebrate this victory, but also never forget the heroes that fought for their countries. Over 380,000 British Military personnel and almost 70,000 civilians lost their lives during the harsh 6 years of war.

Today on the 80th Anniversary of VE Day, we want to recognise faces of the troops that have direct links to colleagues at JayJays.

Richie Davies, 42 Commando Royal Marines had a particular involvement during the D-Day landings and the initial assault and seizure. Grandfather to Alun, Marketing Manager.

George Abbott and his brother Benny Abbott both served as members of the British Army throughout World War II. - Great Grandparents to the JayJays family including our directors Adam and Roberta, and also Vanessa and Alicia.

JayJays provided the producers of the film Kajaki with some of our kit for authenticity.👌

BAFTA-nominated KAJAKI tells the true story of a small army unit stationed at Kajaki Dam in Afghanistan in 2006. One morning a three-man patrol sets out to disable a Taliban roadblock. When one of the patrol detonates a land mine, his fellow soldiers rush to his aid, only to find themselves trapped in an unmarked minefield, a relic of the Russian invasion of the 1980s. With no way out, any movement risks certain injury and possible death. Out of this terrifying day came extraordinary tales of bravery, selflessness and heroism, for comrades who risked their own lives to help each other.
