The evening kicks off at 19:00 at Zeera’s Brecon for an incredible evening with a feast of a selecon of curry dishes to suit everyone’s tastes and a raffle draw with not to be missed prizes.

Here at Crai Valley Eco Lodges we are always on the go. Never a dull moment . Always moving. Next month Team Crai are taking on an arduous task Race The Sun - Dawn to Dusk Triple Challenge.

We will complete a triple discipline event in one day comprising cycling,hiking and kayaking all before the sun sets. This is TOUGH make no mistake. WHY? I hear you cry! To raise money for Action Medical Research a leading UK charity dedicated to funding vital research to help sick and disabled babies, children and young people. Action have been funding medical breakthroughs for 70 years now and have helped to beat polio, fight meningitis, prevent stillbirths and develop ultrasound scanning in pregnancy. They are now driving forward children's research, including in the fight against COVID-19 and rare diseases. By supporting Action Medical Research, you are helping to find ways to reduce premature birth, to support children facing a lifetime of challenges caused by disabilities, and to develop cutting-edge therapies for rare and incurable diseases.

Teams of four or two are taking part in this extremely tough dawn to dusk event where they will cycle 35 miles to climb 1000m around the incredible winding lanes of the Brecons , navigate a 2-mile canoe course, and finally summit of Pen Y Fan, the highest mountain in the Brecon Beacons with an altitude of 886m, on an 8 mile round trip to raise money for this incredible cause.

With your help, we're determined to make a real difference to children's lives. Today we were busy fundraising Morrisons Brecon raising awareness and funds for this wonderful cause. A huge shout out to the staff and customers for their support.

Exciting opportunity at Crai Valley Eco Lodges and Onnenfawr Leisure. We're looking for a person to come on board and help with the day-to-day running of a very busy holiday complex and glamping business.

The job would include changing over properties to include cleaning, making beds, recycling, managing hot tubs, laundry, some administrative duties to cover leave and any other jobs that are needed to maintain the business’s 5* status. Full training will be given.

We are ideally looking for a person who is friendly, reliable and enjoys working alongside a team. The hours are between 10-20 hours a week on Monday, Friday, with an option of another day a week.

Working hours are from 9:30 - 16:00.

We are a very happy, busy and sociable team and the business is very family orientated so we are looking for a person who is willing to join in with this team spirit in mind.

Drivers licence and own car required.

Competitive rate of pay.

There is never a quiet moment here at Crai Valley. Someone is always up to something. Somewhere!!!😃😃😃 In just 10 days time I’m proud to say that this Crai Valley team member is off to do something awesome. I’m taking part in this years Pulk Friction Arctic Blast 2024. As part of a team of 16 good souls from Wales eight intrepid lasses from Brecon head out to the northernmost tip of Sweden inside the Arctic circle. Why? I hear you cry!!! Well we are walking 100km over seven days. Unsupported! Carrying/pulling our pulks and all our kit. We are fundraising for Velindre Cancer Centre. Wales premiere Cancer treatment centre and a beacon of hope fighting hard to kick this brutal disease into touch. I am proud to call Keri Davies and Julie Davies my good friends. I have been fundraising for a year and the guys have tirelessly given their time and help and hosted an amazing festival last September at Onnen Fawr Leisure where many good souls came together and helped raise over £3000 towards the cause. Keri and Julie have donated a wonderful glamping week and have encouraged me all the way. And to top it all on my trip I will be sponsored by the amazing Cascave Gin . So thank you all here at Crai Valley Eco Lodges for supporting me on my journey. I couldn’t have done it without you.

What a beautiful day we had with STUMP UP for TREES - To plant a million trees in the Brecon Beacons can’t thank you enough for all you lovely volunteers great to meet such wonderful people 1000 trees lovingly planted Soaking up carbon from the atmosphere for the rest of their lives thanks everyone so much fun 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🌲👌👏👏
