⚠️❗️Urgent Tractor Run Update❗️⚠️

Following careful consideration, the Pontfaen YFC Illuminated Charity Tractor & 4x4 Run 2024 - Offical due to be held on Sunday 22nd December is POSTPONED.

A decision has been made due to the yellow weather warning with forecast of strong winds in places. The assessment of risk to public safety is too great and this is our main priority.

The tractor run will now take place on MONDAY 23rd DECEMBER with all other details and timings remaining the same as originally planned.

We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause. This decision was a difficult one to make, following consultation with the organising committee. We must prioritise the safety of our attendees, stewards, sponsors and supporters.

Emails have been sent to all those that have contacted / submitted disclaimer forms.
