The Plough Inn, Holford has re-opened. The Quantock Brewery has a taproom so do visit, they have events too. The Rising Sun, West Bagborough has new owners and in a great location.

Finally the gable end downstairs window has been repaired. That side of the cottage receives all the Winter weather. Having ‘window in window casements‘ made by hand took quite a while. The cottage is listed so like for like replacement is only allowed. Before, during and after.
A huge thank you to John Peek for sourcing the materials (R.I.P.) and George the carpenter.
