Let it not be said that we don’t try and think of everything.
Oven chips are rubbish but chuck em in an air fryer - now you’re talking.
So, in the pursuit of perfect chips (or anything else you can cook in it) we’ve got an air fryer!
It’s at the bottom of the big cupboard and the instructions are in the info book.

If you fancy a break before the end of the year we only have a few dates left.

Or last availability is between Saturday 28th September and Saturday 12th October and then Friday 25th October.

After that we are into 2025!

Just changed the weights in the window blinds to chainless ones. Hopefully that’ll stop guests worrying when the inevitable tangling of dogs and kids happens and they break. They get really brittle in the sun so it’s bound to happen.
Out of the 110 I’ve just replaced only 40 stayed intact!

Wow! Just taken four bookings for next year, all previous guests.
It’s good to know people enjoy their stays so much they want to come back.
So, it’s business as usual next year for us 😎

We’ve opened up bookings for next year so if you click the ‘Learn More’ button you can get straight to our web page for availability and prices.
We’ve only increased the prices by £5 per stay!
The poster boys are happy to pop by to see you if you like when you stay.

Just to let everyone know.
We have put the chalet up for sale this week although we intend to carry on until the end of October.
We’ve had five great years and it’s time for us to move on to other things.
So thankyou to all of you who have stayed with us and made it a pleasure to look after the chalet.
I’ve been in touch personally with people who have stayed with us, particularly our regular customers.
When we do sell we are happy to let you have the details of the new owners.
In the meantime, Thankyou again for all your support.

All ready for the new season, a bit of maintenance done and info poster displayed.
Old amusements building demolished and preparations for the rest of the new chalets. Be interesting to see what the new view will be like from the stable door area.

The poster boys are looking rather dapper in their country gent drying coats. A much needed bath ready for when they can get back to the seaside.

Well, the elves seem to have gone. It took them a long time to sleep that one off!

The poster boys would like to wish you all a very Happy New Year.
They are going to bed now because they don’t like the fireworks!
In the meantime the elves party is in full swing, pole dancing been the main attraction. It seems Kevin the carrot is particularly good at it, so good we can’t show you the pictures.
You’ll have to make do with this slightly more restrained pair.

Eric is teaching Ernie how to pole dance but not sure if he approves of his efforts.

Eric and Ernie are just having a nap in readiness for New Years Eve. Let’s hope there are not too many shenanigans.

Eric and Ernie are busy tracking Santa. That’s the last we’ll see of them until the morning.
They did say they had been on an apprenticeship with Santa’s “National Elf Service” for the last six months and they were hoping for a full time job. We will see if they were nice enough! Time will tell.
