The centre piece of the home is a large extended kitchen with a range cooker, dish washer and a host of modern appliances required, making this a home from home. From the kitchen there is access to a private south facing sitting out area complete with garden furniture.
In addition the dining room provides generous seating for 6 people and the lounge has deep filled sofas and a smart tv inc a Sky package with log burners stoves to both.
Upstairs are three bedrooms, the main bedroom has king size bed, the 2nd bedroom is furnished with a double and the bedroom to the rear of the property has twin beds. All bedrooms have smart tv's with Sky included.
The spacious bathroom has a bath with shower over, basin and toilet and a separate toilet is also located next door.
There is private parking for one vehicle in front of the cottage.
One small well behaved dog is welcome.
The cottage has gas central heating, beds are made for arrival with towels provided. A welcome pack with treats for guests and your dog is prepared for your arrival.
