A hard decision made my chalet is now up for sale 31A 3rd avenue makes a great little business. Anyone looking to buy and are interested I’m booking viewings.

Semi attached 2 bedrooms 1 double room, 1 twin room spacious rooms with storage & electric heating. Decent size living area/kitchen. The chalet had a new roof couple of years ago.
