A hard decision made my chalet is now up for sale 31A 3rd avenue makes a great little business. Anyone looking to buy and are interested I’m booking viewings.

Semi attached 2 bedrooms 1 double room, 1 twin room spacious rooms with storage & electric heating. Decent size living area/kitchen. The chalet had a new roof couple of years ago. Enclosed decking area around 7 metres. The chalet has many repeating guest. I have bookings into next year. Currently taking around £16,000-£18,000 per year. It has a 62 year lease good for investors. Ground rent £4,000. It’s open 52 weeks of the year. Minutes walk to the dog friendly beaches & only 15 minutes walk into Bridlington.
