Seaforth House is an impressive duplex apartment situated in a large Victorian town house just a three minute walk from the beach in the popular Yorkshire holiday resort of Bridlington. This property has been modernised to a very high standard and offers comfortable accommodation throughout. Retaining the original tiled floor in the entrance take the stairs to the first floor and enter the sitting room. The large bay window floods the room with natural light and the swivel chair is perfectly placed to enjoy the sea views. With deep filled sofas and a large wall mounted Smart TV this room is just perfect to relax in during the evening. Along the hall can be found a large dining/games room. The wood table provides plenty of seating for seven for you to come together and enjoy a hearty Yorkshire breakfast or a delicious home cooked evening meal. You will also find an Xbox and a plethora of board games, puzzles and jigsaws to enjoy during your visit. Across the hall is the sleek kitchen with a host of modern appliances including an electric oven and grill and a dishwasher. The Spa Theatre is close to hand and has a packed calendar of variety shows throughout the year. Enjoy walking the promenade, take the land train, explore Bridlington’s Old Town or head out of town and enjoy the unspoilt rolling hills of The Yorkshire Wolds. A visit to this area would not be complete without viewing the wildlife spectacle of RSPB Bempton Cliffs or the historic beauty of Burton Agnes Hall, Sledmere House and Sewerby Hall.
