We’re very grateful that all our hard work to make it perfect at all times is appreciated 😊😊😊
We never dreamed that we’d have so many repeat bookings from our first season. Three guests have made eight bookings between them! 🙏🙏🙏
Booking direct with us is much cheaper than through Airbnb who charge guests a big booking fee.
As the park fees have increased for next season then we have had to reflect this in our prices.
For 2025 the rate will be £110 per night all year round for up to four persons and one large or two small dogs. No extra charges for gas/electric, booking or cleaning fees and we don’t charge for dogs either.
Repeat bookings from guests who stayed this year remain at £100 per night for next year.

All bedding, towels, tea towels etc are included, as is WiFi, microwave, air fryer, toaster, pod coffee machine and a good range of pans etc. Freshly washed throws are provided on the sofa and chair so that if your dogs are allowed up at home then they certainly are here.
Parking for two vehicles is directly adjacent to the van.
There is a 50” smart TV in the living room with Freeview via a new dish rather than the patchy aerial signal we had originally. The two small smart TV’s in the bedrooms are app only but you are welcome to bring your own Firesticks etc.
The large decking area gets sun from morning to evening and is secure for children and dogs.

There is now no further availability until the beginning of March next year. Easter weekend is already booked, as are some dates in August, so if you are interested please don’t leave it too late to check on what d07895 387812e.

We are very grateful to everyone who has booked via Airbnb, but by coming direct to us you save money by not paying a booking fee. Remember that we don’t charge a cleaning fee or charge extra for up to two dogs either, so you have more to spend in businesses in town, ideallly in cash 💷💷💷

Get in touch with the site for more information on prices. It is a great location. Very quiet, smart and well maintained. If you want to get a feel for the park then book with us and stay for a couple of nights and we’re sure you will be impressed.

This is where you can find Spud’s Spot Bridlington holiday caravan . We think it is the best small site in Bridlington.
Very smart, very quiet, exceptionally well maintained and just the right size.
If you are thinking of buying then why not get in touch to try out one of the available vans.

Apologies for this having nothing to do with the van but it is an important and very worthy cause.

Please take a few minutes to read this post and have a look at The Clothing Bank’s page.
It is a charity set up by two ladies in their back garden to help pass on clothes to so many people in need. They support hard working families who are just a few pounds over the limit to receive financial aid. These families manage to pay the bills and feed their children but have absolutely nothing left for clothing. There are young adults leaving school and going into further education but feel ashamed that they can’t afford trendy clothing. They support those fleeing domestic violence and leave with nothing. They support young children where teachers get in touch as they are going to school with no underwear, shoes which are too tight or no warm coats. The list is endless and so is the demand.
They are based in Brotherton and you can post clothes to them and they also have a drop off network.
You can also support them financially in order that they can buy new underwear etc.
As much as anything, they help to reduce the amount of clothing which goes into landfill which is a terrible waste of resources and energy.

A visit to Bondville Model Village is an absolute must for the whole family. There’s so much detail for the adults to enjoy too.

We love nothing more than seeing these big smiles at Bondville. These sisters absolutely LOVED their magical visit to Bondville 👯‍♀️

We put a lot of time and hard work into making sure the van is perfect for every set of guests and it is great to know that it is appreciated by them.
We are very grateful that they take the time to post their reviews.
September is full until the 26th.
October is free until the 18th then full to the end of the month.
November is free from the 3rd to the 22nd.
December is free from the 16th, including Christmas.
The van will be available from the beginning of March next year.

Spud’s walk this evening on the tops from Flamborough south landing.
There are some really beautiful walks in the area but a stroll along the prom in town is as good as any. Lots of dogs stop to chat to each other and so do the owners.
We are fully booked all the way through to the end of September.
Christmas is available if anyone wants to have a seasonal break. The van is nice and warm and we don’t charge extra for heating over the winter.
We’ll even put up a Christmas tree!
