Without a sea view or balcony, but wheelchair accessible.
3 bedrooms, 1 ensuite bathroom and a fully tiled wet-room for those less able.
Private parking, ramped access and widened doorframes throughout, means this is a perfect base for up to 6 guests.
The lifeboat ramp opposite the property gives direct access to the beach and south promenade, without any steps.
