It is that time of year when the caravans we hire on West Bay Holiday Park are being closed for the winter. Our last guests left this morning.
We thank all guests that have stayed with us over the season.

The Wishing Well bungalow not being on a holiday park is available all year round.
Sadly Christmas week is already booked.

Some information

1. We are a group of private owners who hire our properties when we are not using them.
2. The caravans are on Parkdean Resorts West Bay holiday Park.
3. The Wishing Well Bungalow is a private property in the village of Chideock.
4. We ourselves are not Parkdean Resorts, and we do not work for Parkdean Resorts.
5. Parkdean Resorts do not work for us, but we may ask them to do repairs or fixes. (Only we can ask them to do this, including ordering gas cylinders).
6. The park and its facilities are owned and run by Parkdean Resorts, and not us.
7. We only hire our properties out to help us owners with the yearly bills.
8. We ourselves only help the other owners hire their properties, as well as hiring our own.
9. Hiring the properties is not our main occupation, we do have our main jobs during the day.
10. Our working hours can be found on the contact us section of our website. Our hours are also listed on each caravan we advertise on the Owners advertising website.
11. Once you have booked with us, we contact you via email. Our contact hours will be found at the bottom of each email we send.
12. We also have an automatic email which you will receive if you email us on our msn email address. This also notifies you of our available times.
13. If currently staying at a property and in an event of an emergency, the instructions we have sent you will tell you how to contact us during our main job hours. We ask that you bear with us during these periods. As we are unable to take calls (only text messages) due to not being allowed to use phones at work. We will watch for any text messages when in a suitable location to look.
14. Please note during our main jobs we are unable to read any emails. These will be read and replied to when we get home.
15. We will reply to any messages sent to us through our 2 x FB pages and profile when we return home from work.

The ClockHouse Chideock is opening again after a few months.

***OFFICIAL OPENING DATE 16th August***
With their kitchen re-opening in a fews weeks later. Date for the kitchen TBC.

We welcome the new owners to the village and their new venture.

This means there will be again 2 x fantastic pubs in the village being The ClockHouse and The George.
And a short walk to the beach is The Anchor Inn.

All serving lovely food.

Late deal

Sat 10 - Sat 17 Aug was £1149 now £1099 + £100 refundabe security deposit (subject to the Terms and Conditions).

Arrival from 3 pm on Sat 10 Aug - departing by 11 am on SAt 17 Aug.

On departure, there is a bungalow and inventory check. On this being satisfactory we contact you within 7 days to offer the refund of the £100 deposit back.

A booking form is to be completed and returned, and being a late deal the full payment is due within 24 hours of a booking made.

REMINDER - BALANCE PAYMENTS.

Please ensure your balances are paid on the date required.
(Your holiday dates are at risk of being cancelled if the balance is not received).

To view your balance amount, please check your Booking Form email we sent when you first booked.
The balance is on page 2 of the Booking Form with the date it is required by. The Booking Form is in the attachments.

Please remember at the time of booking to secure your dates we will have already been paid the £100 deposit and received your completed booking form. (The Booking Form will already be in our file and confirmation of your deposit being paid emailed).

Once payment has been made, if you can please email us by replying on the last email we sent you.
This helps us as the property and dates you are staying in will be in the subject bar (we do hire number of properties).
It also prompts us to check the bank and confirm receipt by email with you.
