Family bathroom comes with large head fixed shower and flexible showerhead. The private outside patio is furnished and east facing therefore a dream to have a morning cuppa tea on the patio. The property also has an iron, ironing board, clothes airier, hoover, picnic set, some board games and colouring sets for younger children. Please beware of the very close proximity to the open water for younger children. The Marina is a perfect place to stay. Has a variety of restaurants, takeaways, bowling, cinema, 24 hour Asda with pharmacy. It also has great links to the city centre via regular buses. Buses also link to Brighton Railway Station. Very easy for a trip to London taking approx. 1hour on the train. You can walk from the Marina to Brighton Pier in about 30 mins or travel the world's oldest electric railway along the seafront during the summer - Volks Railway. You can also hire a bike from https://www.btnbikeshare.com bikes available citywide. There are also fishing and boat trips available from the marina and certainly not very far from the beach.
