Holistic treatment review: I went in for my very first floatation experience at this wonderfully friendly and spotlessly clean salon in Gloucester place. I am not keen on confined spaces so I used a cabin as opposed to a pod. You lie on/in a heavily salted (epsom) water pool while gazing up at the stars - well artificial stars but very pretty. After about 15 mins of thinking "well this isn't going to work" your whole body starts to relax and muscles unknot. After an hour you feel like you have had 8 hours rest. Highly recommended at About Balance also do some pretty amazing message and ayurvedic treatments too. Also very price competitive.I'll be back.

Have walked past this place many times assuming it's a tourist trap. Wrong! Probably the best pizza I have ever tasted. Authentic Italian food made by Italian chefs. Washed down with a lemon spritz (limoncello + prosecco + limoncini ) . I think I am ready for an afternoon nap..
