At the beginning of 2024, I took a trip to my happy place in .
I didn't realise then what impact that trip would have on my life.

As many of you know I have been visiting the island for over 20 years ( I was a late starter!) and even lived there for a couple of those years. I found somewhere that made me smile mostly and allowed me to let go of the strife that work/life balance gave me.

I met some new people on this trip that taught me to find balance and look at how my life could be if I was just to change my mindset.

✨️Sound bath's, yoga, country life, the calling of the sea...everything gave me peace✨️

My second trip in June was "repeat, love, repeat" so much so that I started to embrace feeling well again and wanting to help others do the same.

✨️Healing agrees with my chakras✨️

To some it may sound a bit "woowoo" but for me, it is doing so much more than any medication has ever done.

Why am I telling you this, I hear you think? After all, it's a bit personal to post here but...here's the thing; these experiences have made me look at what I do and in particular, what I offer as a business product.

😒 Something was not feeling right anymore, I had fallen out of the one thing I live for, travel 😒

So...I have made a big decision and I am taking a sabbatical from my business and going back to my happy place to explore some more about my next chapter and where it takes me.

My current business will be looked after by the lovely Shirley Moore whilst I learn more about well being, self care, health and happiness.

✨️I have found my mojo again and will come back in November with a new adventure, ideas, products and passion✨️
