Afternoon all,

I'm looking for bell tent crew for the coming season.
Various dates from May through to Sept. in far flung locations such as the Isle of Man, Guilford and Devon.
Paying min £130 p/d, going up with experience, no super long days, max 10 hours.
Travel from Bristol provided.
Meals and accommodation provided when away over night.
Build and reception positions available, state which you're interested in.
Ability to drive Luton vans and larger is defo desirable.
As is a DBS check.

Foods of China part 2...

Pics 1 and 2 are mutton and sesame soup.
3, mutton skewers
4, various meat skewers
5, king prawn hot pot
6, breakfast of steamed dumpling, fried dumpling, soup, savour dounught thing and pickled cucumber
7, hairy port and seaweed croissant
8, spicy pork soup.
All delicious this time.

Delicious and occasionally really weird food of China part 1.

No idea what the first thing is, my Chinese tent supplier couldn't even Chinese people couldn't identify it.

At Nine Yards we don't really get summer holidays so instead I have a bit of time away over winter.

This year I'm driving around Spain for a while.

This was taken just after crossing from France in the , heading to Pamplona for night's rest and to catch up with an old friend.

At Nine Yards we take food VERY seriously, after all how are you supposed to enjoy your adventure if you don’t have the fuel to power you through it?

As standard, all meals are provided for the duration of your tour, but as flexibility is one of the cornerstones of the company, we don’t mind if you want to change things up a little and go out for a meal in a building one night.

We can cater for any dietary requirements your team may have, just let us know at the time of booking. Of course, party members may change after booking and before leaving, if a new member of the team needs something specific, we can revise the menu we’ve put in to place up to a week prior to departure.

Any meat we provide will always be high welfare, locally sourced and of the highest quality; eggs will always be free range and organic; dairy products will come from the happiest cows possible.

Of course, we appreciate that not everyone has a carnivorous diet and we’ll cater for veggies/vegans to the highest standards possible too. All ingredients will be plastic free, organic and all sourced locally wherever possible.

Each and every meal you eat will be lovingly prepared by a member of the Nine Yards catering team and never ‘ready.’ We prefare cooking on an open fire were possible. There's nothing more satisfying than a big Dutch oven bubbling with deliciousness gearing you after a long day on the trail.

We were at briefly on Monday to set up a few tents as park of the new Sticklinch campsite.
I'm the best man at a wedding in Liverpool this week though so I left before the festival started and temptation to stay kicked in.

We went to Breen on Thursday for a little midweek overnight, caught a beautiful sunset and had a seafood BBQ.
King prawns with a coriander, chilli and lime butter followed by a Greek style sea bream smothered in lemon butter and oregano with smashed chiili spuds on the side.

Lunch on last Saturday's big hike was a delicious, healthy Mediterranean style pasta salad, loads with crunchy chickpeas, crumbly feta, sweet cherry tomatoes, fresh herbs and pine nuts, accompanied by some homemade energy balls to keep the adventurers moving forward.
