A quick trip out from Harvel Cottage today, Cheddar and Uphill beach.
We parked in Cheddar at what3words https://w3w.co/insiders.speedily.sitting
£6 but lasts until 9pm
Then onto Uphill Beach carpark, a lovely spot for walking and views of the Bristol Channel, carpark at

We’ve had this Italian Rockabilly Band staying at H Cottage for the last few days. They are leaving for home tomorrow night and invited us round for a beer or two tonight. Lovely evening, lovely people and fantastic music !

Not a new walk, just finished off No 1, Harvel Cottage to Greyfield Woods Waterfall.
Video starts at the footpath in Hallatrow where you cross the road to rejoin the path that leads into Greyfield Woods.

HARVEL WALK NO 5 CHEDDAR GORGE AND BLACK ROCK QUARRY.

More of an afternoon out, we only did the 1 mile walk to Black Rock, on a better day we will go back and do the 4 miles around the gorge. Plenty to see and do though in and around Cheddar.
