It's Bristol Harbour Festival this weekend! 🎶 🕺🏻 🌊 Who's going? 🙋🏻‍♀️

Bristol Harbour Festival returns this weekend!

With six areas filled with music and entertainment, fans can look forward to five performance platforms, bringing beats, boats and backflips to the summer extravaganza.

Harbour View will see the festival’s main stage return to the Amphitheatre, presenting some of the best talent from the South West and beyond headed up by Eva Lazarus, Grove and Emily Magpie.

Queen Square will showcase Bristol’s diverse communities, with emerging artists performing to crowds at the Bristol Rising Stage.

The new Expression stage at Millenium Square will host talks, debates and panel discussions from industry leaders when it comes to all things music and maritime.

College Green will once again be the place to be for the young and young at heart with the Family Playground’s mind-blowing and jaw-dropping programme of performances with a special Cirque Bijou Presents area.

Bristol’s iconic music venue Thekla Bristol, which has celebrated 40 years on the harbour earlier this year, will kick off its Bristol Harbour Festival stint with a classic silent disco and a packed line up throughout the weekend from music legends.

Maritime fans can prepare to be wowed by a thrilling on the water display with some absolute fan favourites (hello cardboard boat race) and brand new additions including Dragon Boat Racing to wow crowds, alongside James Prestwood’s must-see flyboarding, and Bristol’s oldest fireboat.

Jumping out of planes for a purpose! 🌟✈️🪂

Daisy, Xavier, Alex & Vix took the plunge in a charity skydive yesterday as part of our 25 for 25!

They raised a HUGE total of £2600 for four amazing charities!

Daisy - Time is Precious
Xavier - Throat Cancer Foundation
Vix - Alzheimer's Research UK
Alex - Headway - the brain injury association

We have now completed 14 of our 25 acts of kindness. It’s been so much fun so far, but we still have a few more to go!

The Somerset Toiletry Company are undertaking 25 acts of kindness and supporting the Throat Cancer Foundation.

To celebrate an amazing milestone for the Bristol based company, they are performing ‘25 acts of kindness’ for various charities, and were are pleased and honoured they have chosen the Throat Cancer Foundation to be one of those recipients.

Xavier Buoy of the company is undertaking an amazing skydive challenge, parachuting from nearly 2 miles up! Xavier is doing this, because as a child his father had a throat cancer.

Begun in 1999 as a small family business, they have worked hard and created a fantastic global brand selling toiletries and home fragrances all over the world.
