Although Sandy Bottom Cottage is currently on the market, the feeling is that it will take some time for property sales to come out of the doldrums and so it will remain as a holiday let over the coming year and possibly beyond if the buyer wishes to continue with the current setup.

Well we have been here for over a decade now and come to the stage where we feel somebody else has to either take over the reins or make the cottage a permanent home. The property will go on the market at the end of this season ready to go as a holiday let with all fixtures and fittings and potentially some bookings for the next year. You will see it on the property portals possibly as soon as October and very competitively priced to keep the timeline effective for the next year.
We would like to thank all of you who have come to stay and would hope the new owners continue to make Sandy Bottom Cottage a great place to stay in Brixham
