Friday 14th June 2024 - Schools at Bandstand, Barry Wootton and Friends Exhibition, Dickensian Mini-Golf, Dickensian Beach Party and the Festival Play, Oliver Twist

Saturday 15th June 2024 - Punch and Judy, Victorian Fayre, Barry Wootton and Friends Exhibition, Grand Parade at 12noon, Dickens Declaimers and the Festival Play, Oliver Twist
Sunday 16th June 2024 - Victorian Fayre, Croquet Match, Greyhound Buskers, Dickens Declaimers, BAE Systems Band, Dickens in Moving Pictures and the Festival Play, Oliver Twist

Dickens' tales span the time period from Tale of Two Cities set between 1775 - 1792 to The Mystery of Edwin Drood in 1870, so whether your fashion choice is panniers, crinolines or bustles there'll be a Dickens character that has you covered!

Our story

Welcome to our page, Broadstairs Apartments is short term accommodation, at Gladstone Road, Broadstairs, CT10 2JA.

Broadstairs Apartments offers modern, fashionable, light filled apartments with ample off street parking and landscaped gardens. The development has retained many period features from the early 1900’s house, including stained glass windows and replicating wooden panelling, yet the overall look is entirely new and fresh from the bold crisp white exterior through to every interior detail.

Our aim with these apartments is to provide an exceptional standard of short term accommodation for affluent visitors to our town, who will spend money here and support the local economy.

Maybank Homes, Launch Builders, Tony Michael Architect, Tony Michael Interior Design and Paula Napper Landscape Design have worked closely together to completely transform what was previously the home of the Dallison family. The family specifically chose Maybank Homes to develop the site based on their personal relationship and because they appreciated the company's track record of always working sympathetically, ethically and to an exceptionally high standard on all of their developments.
