This is one of our all time favourite images of the queen, that says so much about a side to her personality rarely seen in public.

She was a woman who inspired so many with her leadership and dedication to a duty that came to her at such a young age.

For many more reasons, she was an incredible woman. An active WW2 servicewoman, a mother, a grandmother, a great grandmother and a woman who for 70 years was devoted to her role as head of state.

She will be greatly missed. 🖤

🚘 - last day today! 🚘

A week-end of beautiful cars in beautiful Broadway. Saturday was be devoted to modern supercars with a display of Ferraris, Lamborghinis, Bentleys, Morgans and Aston Martins. Today will be devoted to classic sports cars and prestige marques with lots more going on including car parade through the village.

Photo at who hosted and their pre war vehicle and Automobilia sale. It really was a great event… just look at the cars! 😍

Twelfth night tonight - in the UK, Wednesday 5 January is the traditional date to take down Christmas decorations. We're waiting to find out what date the beautiful lights in the trees will be switched off and we'll let you know as soon as we know. 🌳🌟💚 We are certainly going to miss them!

We can't wait to see the village back to it's best with many local bars and restaurants able to open from Monday 12th April.

The Lygon Arms courtyard will be open from 12th April (subject to weather conditions). Launching a new alfresco menu!

Russells of Broadway hope to open for outside dining from Monday 12th April.

The Broadway Hotel terrace restaurant and bar is opening on the 12th April with alfresco covered and open air tables.

(Buckland Manor, Dormy House & The Fish Hotel plan to re-open from 17th May.)

Broadway Deli will open their garden for outdoor seating, serving a brunch menu from 12th April , Mon-Sat 8:00am-3:30pm & Sun 9:00am-2:30pm. As well as all their usual take away offerings and daily local deliveries.

The Crown & Trumpet Inn open for outside drinks & dining from Monday 12th April.

Russells Fish & Chips and Number 32 will continue to open for takeaways and outdoor dining will also be available from 12th April.
