There is a large open plan kitchen, dining room and seating area with room for all of your party to relax together. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, double oven, gas hob and T.V.. There is also a selection of baking trays and an electric food mixer in case you have been bitten by the Great British Bake Off bug. A large slow cooker means that you can prepare a meal and leave it to cook while you go out and enjoy yourself for the day. Bi-fold doors open from the kitchen onto a large patio with just a small step down. The patio has a table and 8 chairs so that you can enjoy eating outside in the garden. A BBQ is also provided. The rest of the large, south facing garden is laid to lawn with plenty of room for adults to relax and children to play. There is a second dining area away from the house with some shade provided by the two apple trees and plum tree, this would also provide a great spot for children to play games or have their own tea parties away from the adults. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with ensuite, a further double with a view out over the garden, two single rooms. and a family bathroom. A selection of games, books, and DVDs are available for all age ranges if you want to spend a night in, and maps of the area, walks and cycle routes are provided to help you plan your days out. The property has off street parking for one car. Village amenities include: a greengrocers, butchers, post office, convenience stores as well as a good selection of cafes, pubs and restaurants. South West trains run a regular service from Waterloo to Weymouth with stops at Sway, Ashurst, Southampton, Poole and Bournemouth amongst others. There is also a local branch line to the Georgian market town of Lymington from where it is possible to take a ferry to the Isle of Wight. Cycle hire is available within a short walk of the house.
