Absolutely shocked how this industry has let down such a staple and pedigree of British cuisine. It seems although slightly contradictory, that the world of instagram will dictate the foot fall into classical no frills fine dining.
Do we need dry ice and a flower wall to navigate us to a fantastically honest restaurant?
Has the price tag got to be Monaco prices?
