Did you know that 1 in 3 people born in the UK today will be diagnosed with dementia in their lifetime? By 2040, 1.4 million people are expected to be living with this condition. Dementia is the UK's biggest health and social care crisis, and Alzheimer's is the most common form.
At Halo Leisure, we're dedicated to supporting those impacted by dementia through our Feel Good for Life programme. Whether you're living with dementia, facing loneliness or depression, or caring for someone who is, we're here for you. Join us for weekly sessions in Hereford and Bridgend County Borough or participate online. Each session offers physical activity, social activities like quizzes and reminiscence sessions, entertainment, and the chance to connect with others who understand.
Our programme in England is proudly supported by Herefordshire Council, Wye Valley NHS Trust, Taurus Healthcare Limited, and other fantastic partners.
In Wales, we're backed by Bridgend County Borough Council, The National Lottery Community Fund Wales, and Awen Cultural Trust, among others.

Halo's Feel Good for Life programme supports people living with dementia, loneliness, and depression - and their carers- in England.
Weekly sessions are held in Hereford (Hereford Leisure Centre). Each session includes physical activity and social activities, such as quizzes, reminiscence sessions, entertainment, and opportunities to share experiences and connect with others.
