two bedrooms (one double and one twin). There is also a large utility room for coats, boots and bikes. The wonderful Blacksmith’s Arms is a mere 100 yards, serving great food and features in the Good Pub Guide. Local shops and other eateries and restaurants in the quaint village of Broughton are only 2 miles away.
