Set in the peaceful Angus countryside yet only 3.6 miles to the famous beach town Broughty Ferry and 6 miles to City of Dundee (where you will find newly opened Olympia swimming pool, the V&A museum, RRS Discovery ship, cinemas, ten pin bowling, ice skating, karting, laser tag, shopping plus lots of restaurants and bars). There is something for everyone.

About us -
Thatched Cottage is a detached villa with a traditional thatched roof set in a tranquil setting.
Sleeps 6 people (children and well behaved pets welcome)

Large open plan lounge area with indoor pool table, arcade machine, games cupboard with games for all ages, B&O speakers for the music lovers, large smart TV to watch your favourite shows and movies, PS4 with games, stove with logs supplied, large comfy leather sofas.

Kitchen/Dining that is fully equipped for all your needs with a traditional AGA stove.

Utility room with washing machine, drying and iron facilities.

Snug room with sofa, smart TV and books.

Downstairs shower room with toilet.

3 bedrooms upstairs (2 queen beds and a king bed. A travel cot and high chair are available at the property).
Large main bedroom with queen bed, walk in wardrobe, desk for working, sitting area, en-suite and Juliette balcony with the most stunning view.
Main bathroom with large walk in shower and free standing bath (shower gel/shampoo and conditioner supplied).
All towels and linen are supplied.

"Had an amazing time here and would come back in a heartbeat.
Had a fab weekend here with my partner, two daughters and their partners to celebrate my daughters21st birthday .. The cottage was absolutely stunning and was equipped with everything you could ever need and more ,for a few days away.. loved the little stream and mini waterfall running alongside the cottage and also loved seeing the horses in the neighbouring field.. hot tub was also a big hit and had loads of fun playing pool and the arcade game.. had a great time and will definitely be recommending to friends and will certainly be looking to come back.. thanks for an amazing stay at this lovely cottage".

"We went up as a group of 6. Cheryl gave us clear instructions prior to arrival and when we entered the house was immaculate and beautifully decorated. The hot tub was ready and waiting for us and all rooms were cosy and warm. We had the best weekend and were never short of things to do. The living area with all the games and activities was brilliant and none of us can find a single fault with the villa. We will definitely be booking again and for longer next time. The villa is far enough away for a quiet and peaceful stay but only 5 minutes drive from supermarkets so it was perfect!"
