This lovely, spacious house is on a private estate in the lush, green Ourika Valley. It is a fabulous property which is uber comfortable. The owners have thought of everything to make a stay here just sublime. From the incredibly luxurious decor of the bedrooms to the little details in the bathrooms, the arched doorways, stone floors and huge pool, nothing has been left to chance. A house with this much thought is a real one-off.
More a boutique hotel than a villa, a family gathering or large group of friends are going to have a holiday they will never forget. The gardens and pool area are large and spacious with surprising little rooms, hammocks & tables with chairs in the shade. The views are glorious reaching to the snow-capped Atlas mountains and beyond.

🏖Levrechio and Marmari beaches are 10 minutes walk
Loggos has always been one of our favourite spots and with views across the bay to the old windmill on the other side, the house is wonderfully positioned to see sun all day from sunrise until sunset. Houses like this don’t come up for rent very often – it’s such a treat to be within walking distance of everything, including two beaches.

Vigla is set in a totally private estate in the northwest of Meganisi, just west of Spilia harbour and the village of Spartochori.
You will find shops, tavernas and a butcher in Spartochori, just a 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk from the villa. The nearest beach is just below Spartachori at the end of Porto Spilia. Please note the walk is down hill so will take longer on the uphill return.

Surrounded by olive groves, this specially designed house is refreshingly simplistic. With an innovative cooling system, green roof and harvested rain water the house is leading the way for environmentally conscious travellers. Designed to minimise it’s environmental impact, the furniture has been locally made and so have the mattresses. Pops of zingy colour are dotted through the light bright rooms. We love the wonderful communal space in the open-plan kitchen/sitting room.
Outside, the terrace and pool extend towards the magnificent views whilst cobbled paths wind through the garden planted with shimmering trees.

The Sea Gull house is situated on the east coast just outside the village of Fontana, Gaios and Loggos are within easy reach. The house is right on the sea therefore easy to get to by boat as well as through the olive groves.
The nearby villages of Loggos and Lakka are under ten minutes by car. Both have a good selection of tavernas and shops. Gaios in the south of the island is a 15 minute car drive.

We saw Can Aura just as the sun was in it’s golden hour and were blown away by the tranquillity of the setting.

This is a fabulous house for anyone wanting a great holiday by the sea in Greece – we have visited the house three times. The location and setting of this new house are totally magical. The position above a small beach with a wonderful lunchtime taverna is beyond compare.
The villa is very private with spectacular views across the bay to the picture-postcard village of Kioni which is two minutes in the RIB. A small beach is only a couple of minutes walk down from the house but please note the track is steep and uneven and not suitable for the very young or immobile.
Spend your days by the pool, at the beach taverna sipping on an ice cold Mythos beer or out on the RIB. For those who love waterskiing this boat is a major plus – early morning skiing is a great way to start the day.
The pool area is big and generous. A huge table under the shaded pergola allows for a stunning setting at night with views of twinkly lights across the bay.

The bedrooms have all been designed with fresh colours, modern furniture & lovely bathrooms (there are Korres products for you on arrival – including shampoo and conditioner!). The sitting room is light and spacious with extraordinary views across the bay.
We really can’t fault this house, with the Greek sun blazing and the delicious Greek salad beckoning there are few better places to spend your summer holiday.

Meticulously designed by the owners to work in harmony with it’s unique surroundings, Vigla Estate is a precious haven. Sitting atop gentle slopes and enveloped by organically farmed olive groves from which the estate produces it’s own olive oil, there is a huge feeling of peace here. From the house the views stretch out over Meganisi channel towards Ithaca and further into the distance Kefalonia and the mountain range of the mainland can be seen. Looking out across the water here, one could imagine the views unchanged since the times of Greek mythology.
Inside, the rooms are dotted with beautiful and unique pieces of furniture, carefully sourced. The bedrooms are generous in size and elegantly furnished with attractive textiles. The carved wooden headboard in one bedroom is a charming inclusion. The bathrooms have lovely creative touches; pebble mosaics on the floor, roughly hewn stone window sills and white washed walls.
The pool is set into the hillside below the house and is enclosed on one side by a shaded portico and stone wall with comfortable seating area- the entrance to the pool area can be locked which is great for families with small children. The pool area is generously equipped with plenty of sunbeds and hugely comfy daybeds- we loved that there were so many areas in this house to relax.

Koutsi Garden is a beautiful estate made up of two large villas in the most perfect position on the island. Tucked away in the olive groves, quiet and calm, yet only a 10-minute stroll down to Loggos where you can pick up your boat and enjoy a day out on that beautiful Ionian Sea. Loggos has a great selection of cocktail bars for a sundowner, before heading up to the beautiful Koutsi Garden for supper prepared by your own personal chef.
The two villas both have their own kitchen and living areas making them completely self-sufficient, if need be, but Koutsi, the main villa, offers multiple places large enough for you to all gather together for meals and drinks. All the bedrooms are generously sized and have beautiful built in wooden desks. The owner has also invested in high speed broadband which, along with the desks, makes this villa perfect for anyone who needs to work remotely.
