This afternoon we went on a tour with our local guide Yari .

He took us into the forest to his cabin 🔥 we took part in ice skating ⛸️ , set up the fire and ate sausages and toasted marshmallows 🤤

Yari showed us his ice skating skills, I wont show you mine 🤣🤦‍♀️

Wonderful experience that I as your travel counsellor can help put together for an extra magical experience ✨

It wouldn’t be a bespoke itinerary without some Emily magic ✨

We got the local bus 🚌 from Rovaniemi to ❄️

It cost just over £38 for a family of three to get here.

Just over an hour from the city we are staying in a glass igloo on the frozen lake 🩵

We are hopefully seeing the northern lights tonight but you know how bad my photography skills are 🤣

We met the big man 🎅🏻

Located in the city centre of Rovanemi you can see Santa 🎅🏻 for free ( and no 1 -2 hour wait like at Santa village 😉)

Santa kindly signed our photo and off course we were all on the good list 🤣

Magical moment for me 🫶🏻🎅🏻

Got our reindeer license ⛄️

This year Rovaniemi has had less slow then previous due to warmer weather conditions.

Activities still go ahead and our guide was exceptionally good especially taking our pictures 📸 and playing in the snow ❄️

Tonight we are heading to our next place to stay……..
