Number 14 is for sale. It is on Bude Holiday Resort in Bude, Cornwall. We bought it brand new in 2017 and have enjoyed lots of fantastic holidays.
We have moved to North Wales and the journey is now a bit far for us and we haven’t used it as much.
We think now is the time for another family to create lots of happy memories.

- Main bathroom has a double sized shower, sink, WC, a cupboard and shelving

- Outside there is a large decking area with a table that seats 8 people

- Parking for 1 car and plenty of space around the caravan
- Beautiful views over the town of Bude
- Private footpath from the site giving access to the South West Coast path, beaches and the town of Bude
The site has a heated swimming pool, restaurant and bar with entertainment. The site is dog friendly and also has a small shop in the reception area.
The site operates a sub let programme. We have used this for the 6 week summer holidays. This has covered our site fees. The park is open 365 days a year for owners, no closures like some parks!
